Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, who recently spent a day in prison after he allegedly violated his bail agreement, has won at least one legal battle.
A judge today ruled Kilpatrik didn’t violate his bail by visiting his sister, a witness in the mayor’s future assault trial.
